Along with the social development and sustainable economic growth, remote sensing is widely applied to many subjects and fields, such as mapping, land resource survey, weather, disaster monitoring and environmental protection, energy, national defense, transportation, exploration, etc. The large amount of remote sensing observation data that constantly produce everyday has provided solid support for the application of remote sensing technique in all fields. However, a legion of remote sensing image codes, distributed across in remote sensing field, infused with domain knowledge and expertise, make up a major software embodiment of scientific computing resources. These software are mainly developed by traditional computer languages, such as C, C++, etc. Due to their intrinsic features, legacy codes cannot use into Web directly. It severely limits the sharing and reuse of them.So as to achieve the aim of using remote sensing image codes on the internet. This paper presents a web-based, make DLL as the carrier of codes, by reflectively calling DLL to realize remote sensing image codes reuse in the web pages. This paper from some aspects of packaging DLL, DLL register, page design and DLL binding, reflectively call DLL to illustrate how to use remote sensing image codes on the internet, and provide the scheme of system design. Finally, compare with the original code by performance analyses and testing. The results show that the computational efficiency and stability of the method of reflectively call DLL present by this paper is mainly consistent with original code. This approach has been applied in the project of "Remote Sensing Image Process Platform Online".
