At present, the brick-carrying car is still in direct manual control mode in China, the driver of the car manual control each arm to sum up bricks, raise up bricks or stack bricks. When stacking bricks or catching bricks, the driver need to control the brick-carrying car, let the robot fix its position accurately. But there are many more links on the arm of brick-carrying car, the control process is very difficulty, they often need an experienced driver to control the brick-carrying car. When people take this kind of backward operation mode, on one hand, the demand of the driver is higher, and often cause the whole pile brick collapsed because the driver's error; On the other hand, in the process of operation, due to the driver's randomness and blindness, the car's operating efficiency became to bad, the level of fuel consumption increased.Based on the current study about the present research status and future development of brick-carrying car at home and abroad, a kind of automatic control system design is introduced.The core of this system is PLC programmable controller, PLC collect the data of each sensor, judge and control the arm of brick-carrying car to grab bricks. The focus of this topic research is the hydraulic control system of brick-carrying car, PLC and fuzzy algorithm processing.The main research work of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)Analyzed the hydraulic control system, mechanical structure and control principle of traditional brick-carrying car, according to the current study about the present research status and future development of brick-carrying car at home and abroad, the control scheme of brick-carrying car is introduced.(2) Finished the design o&fuzzy control system which has two inputs interface and one output interface, by MATLAB fuzzy control tool, and completed corresponding fuzzy control query table.(3) Select PLC according to the number of I/O port and computational speed, and configured the controlling hardware system, design the PLC controlling system.(4) Finished some function tests of brick-carrying car by use the existing equipment in the laboratory.This topic use fuzzy control combined with PLC on the brick-carrying car first time, avoid from low accuracy and low efficiency shortcomings the traditional control system has, completely show the advantage of the PLC, programming convenient, strong adaptability and anti-jamming strong, the level of automatic control is also raised.
