Today is the rapid development of information, many of the obtained scientific information is often with the noise signal, when the measured signal is quite weak, the useful signal extraction becomes very difficult, the most important means to obtain useful signal is the noise suppression. Research and analysis of the causes of noise and laws, adopt appropriate measures to eliminate noise, find the theory and methods to effectively eliminate the noise, is currently a hot research field of signal processing.This in-depth study of the theory of wavelet transform and denoising method, use ECG as a weak signal source, through the formation of external noise by weak signals to be processed, in the MATLAB environment using common methods of wavelet denoising noise on ECG signal with noise, compare the advantages and disadvantages of common methods, for existing method's weak point, this paper proposes a new threshold denoising algorithm. The algorithm is based on the soft and hard threshold, combination the soft and hard threshold merits. Through MATLAB simulation, and make the necessary discussion on simulation results. The method combined MATLAB with DSP, use the CCSLink to link up the MATLAB and CCS development environment, complete the data transmission. Use the RTW of ETTIC6000 directly generate object code on DSP board, can improve the speed of signal processing and the application development efficiency in theory.
