The water pipeline leakage problem exists in every country and it caused to the tremendous economic losses for countries. So to find efficiently and rapidly leakage points for the conservation of water resources is very important. But the noise of the water pipeline leakage detection accurate positioning has brought big impact. In theory, signal through the relevant knowledge can be very accurate to find leaks, but the precondition is that the extracted signal leakage must be pure, that is not noise. But in the actual collection to the signal, it is inevitable to mix the surrounding noise, that may be taken by testing instruments and may also be background noise.Wavelet analysis is a time-frequency analysis method that is particularly applicable to the signal such as leakage of non-stationary signals. This paper combines the pure signal and noise in the wavelet transform with different characteristics under the Lipschitz exponent of the theoretical basis, leads to the principle that wavelet filter noise and mathematical models.First the wavelet de-noised algorithm is proved to be correct in the test environment of MATLAB simulation and then writes in C procedures, and migrates to TMS320C5416 chips and achieve the feasibility of the algorithm on the hardware.
