| Heilongjiang TV station large broadcast network of high-definition news production is the largest broadcast system in China. The design and construction of this project is based on the principle of safe, efficient, easy to use, easy to open, and easy to extend. It is also based on the latest news application techniques and high-standard definition production and broadcasting development trends to establish this digital information network system for broadcast systems with the co-existence of safe, stable and advanced technologies. As the one of the largest integrated domestic production of high-definition broadcast news networks, Heilongjiang TV news production and broadcast high-definition television network is a very important reference to other TV stations on relevant network design and construction.In this paper, it reviews that how to select the high-definition encoding format and network security storage technology by theoretical analysis, quality testing, data comparison in the design of the Heilongjiang TV station broadcast network of large high-definition news production.The internationally accepted benchmark test sequence is used as a test source. The peak signal to noise ratio which is used to measure the effect of image compression is adopted as a test target. The two kinds of encoding format with best quality are selected by the quality comparison of different encoding formats, different bit-rate under the same encoding format. The multi-generation reproduction quality comparison, encoding and decoding efficiency comparison and real-time testing are also performed. The MPEG-2 I Frame 100Mbps and MPEG-2 IBP LGOP 50Mbps are selected as the final encoding formats for HD Network production and broadcast separately by analysis of combined coding theory. In the field of storage, the ultimate determination of the dual-storage system can not only meet the request of the bandwidth and the high security of the news network, but also meet future needs of expansion.Currently, Heilongjiang TV high-definition news production and broadcast network system is carrying the production task of three channels, nearly twenty programmes per day. Its good running proved that the selected encoding format and the design of the dual-storage system can meet the system requirement of security and efficiency. |
