The main content of the design:describe the principle of component of the system and the integral structure briefly, lectotype and design to remoted controlled on the basis of whole function and task of parts. Introduce the communication mode, velocity measurement, drive mode of PWM and interception emphatically.The main job of system of IR remote Controlled:(1)Expound the principle of infrared signal coding and decoding respectivly. Explicit pattern of infrared signal coding;the device of signal decoding test the signal of receiving from terminal and ascertain data content of infrared signal.(2) Expound the principle of speed regulation. Accomplish hardware interface circuit between device of velocity measurement and MCU.For the bedding of behind job,we shoule ascertain the real rotate speed by testing the structure of gear.(3)The system can achieve requirment depend on having the steady system of governing system, the design of this time adopt the mode of PWM with DDC.Compute the mathematical model in frequency domain on the basis of given date of DDC, check the deviation between real and setting speed by digital PID.For acquiring appropriate parameter,we need a debuging to parameter of PID with Matlab.(4)Realize the function of PortRegister of this design by the manual of Atmegal6, Unequivocal the setting of PortRegister with PWM and external interrupt.(5)For the software platform:The input program requires Java 6 installation environment; For Atmel microcontroller:WinAVR is a set of executabled and open source software development tools.The system can be allowed in well environment operation AVR-GCC (C programming language device) and other open source tools.The Remote controlled is the technique of intersect of multiple branch of learning.It concentrate communication,automation and chip computers and interface technique in the automatic field.Its field of adhibition and research is not only for military use,but also for civil use.
