Gas Station Control System Research And Design

With the rapid development of the computer and the network technology, the process control technology of industrial automation has been widely used.The control system needs much higher and newer requiretments. This aticle bases on the gas station control system of Yunnan Chihong Zinc and Germanium Co.Ltd. Qujing plant and puts forward to its automation reconstruction from the advanced and stability of the system.Based on the requirement of the system design, the gas station control system scheme, adding coal gas control, gas station outlet pressure control and engineering design are studied. The gas station outlet pressure control, adding coal gas control and engineering design are the main research in this paper; the outlet pressure expert control based on clustering algorithm is the innovation points in this paper.Firstly, through the in-depth research of the gas stove technology and the analysis of the outlet temperature of the gas stove, the control system of the coal-adding integrates the BP netural network predictive model, the calculate model of theoretical coal-adding and the correction model of the coal-adding. Then the amount of the adding coal is converted to the coal feeding time. On the improving clustering algorithm, the control method of the outlet pressure based on the expert control was proposed.In the end, the system engineering is designed, including the gas station of hardware system design, control scheme realization design, communication design, and gas station configuration design.Through the simulation and the result of the field production, the modification of automation control system is satisfied the requirements of production process, stabilizes the technological parameters of the outlet temperature and the outlet pressure of gas station and improves the gas flow and quality, improves the gasification conditions, relieves operator's labor, and brings economy and social benefits to ShaoGuan Smeltery.
