Design And Implementation For H.323 Based VoIP Communications System In Private Network

VoIP technique has appealed global attention since the date of its birth. The huge commercial value of this IP net based voice communication tech attracted many companies into the research and promoted continuous development thereof. With the network technology popularization and VoIP technology gradually maturing and practice, IP-phone has become a worldwide application. Many enterprises and government organizations have set up private IP telephone network and the shrunk long-distance telephone costs fruited with considerable economic benefits. From the global perspective, the replacement of the traditional telephone service by VoIP technology has been an overwhelming trend.Entering new century, our country has been paying more attention to the construction of industry information. Up to now, some ministries have set up their own national backbone information network via leased lines. The transportation industry information network is one of them, playing an important role in the development in the information-based construction.The background of this essay is "Transportation IP telephone system", focusing on the construction of IP voice communication system in the transportation industry information network. Through in-depth research and analysis of the VoIP technology, network structure and H.322 protocol stack, this article has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the implementation of the project. The following analysis of the VoIP network application accumulated much experience for the implementation of the project. Upon such basis carried out a preliminary survey. The results of this survey, deepened the design for transportation IP telephone system, regulated the whole network telephone number coding scheme and dialing plan, thus realized all functions of each system in the end.Construction of the Transportation IP telephone system realizes network convergence of data, voice and video through full utilization of the network bandwidth, along with the operation cost cutbacks, management simplification and efficiency enhancement, all proved to be strong guarantee for the Department of transportation to exercise management function.
