Experimental Study On Users Behavior Of Choice Literature Relevant Recommendation In CNKI

Based on digital library CNKI literature retrieval platform,and knowledge network node technology have been used in CNKI.This paper research on users literature retrieval behavior by service of literature relevant recommendation,By questionnaire and eye movement experimental research on users navigation behavior to the literature relevant recommendation page and choice behavior to literature links,we can capture users requirement of literature relevant recommendation service, conclude users cognitive rules and preference about literature relevant recommendation, so as to find out deficiency of literature relevant recommendation service in CNKI, and propose improvement measures.Around "the behavior rules of users retrieval by literature relevant recommendation in CNKI " and "the influence on users retrieval behavior by representation of literature relevant recommendation page in CNKI" two themes, this research mainly is divided into five parts:The first part analyzing the current research status of literature relevant recommendation in theoretical study,combing Behavior characteristics and Influence factors of users using literature relevant recommendation,and points out that is necessary by research on users Information behavior to explore the quality of network information service, feasibility of web searching behavior rules by experiment method.The second part through questionnaire survey and random interviews survey basic situation, the existing problems and the needs of the users of using literature relevant recommendation service,we know research object, research situation more clearer, make the subsequent research work development is more targeted.The third part adopts an observational eye movement research to explore eye movement regularity and behavior characteristics which users retrieval literature in CNKI literature relevant recommendation pages. The experimental results reveal users browsing mode in CNKI literature relevant recommendation pages and attention degree and choice tendency for different literature relevant recommendation types.The fourth part adopts two experimental eye-movement studies to explore influence for user choice behavior by specific literature information items of literature relevant recommendation, sort the main literature information items provide by CNKI database by influence degree on user's choice behavior,such as " title " and "publications", "publication date" and "cited numbers ".also analyzing influence for user choice behavior by literature information items with different mutual combination.The fifth part is research summary, The author point out that influence for user's retrieval behavior by structure design of literature relevant recommendation pages in CNKI and presentation of literature information items.finally the author put forward improvement scheme of literature relevant recommendation pages in CNKI,and provide specific direction for further research.According to the research, this paper argues that the content in existing CNKI literature relevant recommendation page is too much, permutation order of literature relevant recommendation types also art not conform to the requirements of users.Users usually browse literature relevant recommendation pages by the sequence follow from up to down,pay more attention to references and similar literature, concern on the publications of the literature when choice literature very much.And based on these conclusion, puts forward the construction of literature relevant recommendation service suggestion as follows:(1)optimizing literature relevant recommendation types, arranging literature relevant recommendation more scientifically downsizing by the user's retrieval needing.(2) reasonable arrangement of literature information items; (3) providing rich variety, higher quality information resources according to user requirement.This research provide a reference empirical basis to improving literature relevant recommendation services for CNKI digital suppliers,and provide reference on network information retrieval for similar behavior research, also provide the reference on literature relevant recommendation services of future electronic resource database,finally making literature relevant recommendation service meet the needs of users better.
