With the continuou improvement of science and technology, economic level have been increased. people's living standards also rise.people pay more attention to the environmental protection. the amout of nitrate-nitrogen content in water directly affects the quality of drinking water. It also affect to the environment. It also affects the degree of eutrophication in water environment. Therefore, People pay more and more attention to the accuracy of its test. For the abov reason, it is designed a portable test instrument system.Tester can accurately measure the nirate-nitrogen conten in water tester. Portable measurement; Worker can make timely application of the water quality observed.and then, the worker take timely and effectivelysolutions to control the nitratie-nitrogen content in water. Stm32f107VCT6 is used as CPU to design. Each module expands aroud the processor. Transimission of information is very important. If it want to make communication easy, it should pass information timely to application personnel through various channels. The tester could communicate with people through RS232 by PC software. It has SDcard storage function. It also has the function of the Ethernet interface based on DP83848C. And it also has the function of GSM short message that based on the SIM300CZ communication module. Powerful communications. Application of different occasions. It has the ability to respond to emergencies. In addition, The teser also has the function of key exchange with the liquid crystal display of man-machine interface. It's design is functional and make people easy to use. Because it is portable tester, it is battery-powered. Low-power design is my first condideration. Selection of component is directly affect the level of power.The primary design is the hardware circuit diagram. Through three small-system units to analyze, it includes of front-end processing system, processor system and communication system. Each section also includes of some small modules. The work is to design Schematic, to analysis the circuit design principle. In software, to design the work flow chart of the total equipment.and to design the drive program for each module and develop the PC application software for people exchange with the computer. PC software, the design of the tester is powerful and easily to use.
