As more and more enterprises need to run the project, how to encourage enterprise inthe face of many projects and resources are limited, for enterprises to develop its strategicgoal is the same and most effective in achieving the corporate strategy projectpriorityevaluation, we must first solve the problem of multi-project management. How thecorporate strategy under the guidance of a reasonable allocation of R&D resources tocoordinate the relationship between projects and reduce the multi-project at the same timethe risks, China's enterprises to carry out the project management need to address importantissues.It is for this problem, select the booming recently, significant impact on computer connectorproject to study the production. Start from the concept of multi-project management in themulti-project portfolio management, as well as the characteristics of the computer connectorproject, and proposed the idea of its construction of this article. Index system, and thenthinking through the expansion of the Balanced Scorecard to assess the priority of thecomputer connector project, and the entropy weighting method to determine the indexweight, makes the evaluation more scientific and reliable results.
