With the army accele rated pa ce of inform ation techno logy, m ilitary software development peak is com ing.However, software project managem ent in the m ilitary, there are s till not sta ndardized, scien tific problem s, often by m ilitary software development risk management and client-side interaction to get, rarely used to quantify the fixed assessment model.The software can not accurately assess the various risk s in the unce rtainties on th e resu lting of the co st over runs, schedule and techn ical performance of extended low and so a range of issues.Risk management is the nine knowledge areas of project management an important part of scientific and effective management of software project risk analysis pro ject to identify potential risks and ta ke appropriate preventive measures and response plans to prevent risk or the r isk mitigation projectrisks, is to improve the efficiency, monitoring project progress and control the project co st effective tool.Software project risk management software development help to reduce risk and improve the success rate of software projects.Software project risk m anagement is the core and foundation of risk assessment, risk m anagement will directly af fect other p rocesses, and ev en affect the success of the project, which is the focus of this study.Complete specification of the military purpose of software project risk assessment is combined with m ilitary software development unit of capacity and f uture needs of military software development projects f or ef fective r isk identif ication, analys is a nd management, thereby reducing the possibility of project failure, and strengthenmilitary software quality, and promote the building of military information of great significance.Fuzzy logic is an effective treatm ent m ethod for unc ertainty.Military software development projects in order to ensure the sm ooth conduct of this thesis, fuzzy inference mechanism applied to software risk assessment process, according to the basic principles of fuzzy logic system , the esta blishment of software developm ent projects fuzzy logic model of risk assessment, combined with experience to establish a fuzzy set of risk indicators, risk matrix and fuzzy rules, fuzzy reasoning and then get the risk level of the system, so as to deal with th e risk of software development projects uncertainty, complexity, the provision of new ways a nd means of a chieving the technology, and project selection and developm entreference for risk m anagement programs.Finally, a mobile military cadres integrated information query system development, for example, prove the correctness and rationality of th is method and can provide reference for decision-making.
