Design And Implementation Of J2EE Development Platform For Bank Enterprise Applications

The major partition of the software development service market is the financial filed. How to build a system prototype in a short time for verifying the requisitions? How to increase the efficiency of application development? How to enhance the quality of the software products? How to secure the business secret binding in the system? How to maximize the difficulty of replication of the business value? These requests are the long-term challenges against the software developers in the financial field and others as well. A development platform for the financial business domain, including a wide range of reusable component and an application infrastructure, is a good solution.The Enterprise Application Development Platform (EADP) includes core framework, application framework and a highly customized integrated development environment toolset. Building business system on the basis of the core framework and the application framework will be helpful for building a unified user experience. It also will build a technical barrier for competitors to copy the business logic and get advantages in the business competition. Without costing time on constructing the infrustructure of the system, the developer will greatly decrease the time cost. And with a plenty of best practice build in the framework, the developer will improve the software quality and reliability conveniently.In the first part of the paper, the author analyzed the challenges and difficulties the developer faced when developing a business system in the financial field. And the result of the analysis leads to why we need a unified development platform when build a business system. Then the author did a brief investigation on the similar products on market and got some hints on designing the platform.In the second part, the author gave a lot of effort on analyzing the business requirements. Conbining the author's personal experiences on developing and best practices in the software development industry, a detailed design of the core framework and the application framework was documented in chapter 4. In chapter 5, the author showed a function test result and a performance result of the framework.In the last part, the author did a survey on the users'experience of the platform and did a bluemap for the platform's future.
