Bionics, which has a long history of the emergence, has been used in various scientific fields. The design that imitates the nature life-form was always in a great success. Nowadays, the Internet developed rapidly, in order to meet the intelligent trend of software development; we introduce the bionics into software engineering, and proposed the Bionic software engineering methods. Imitate the classification of nature life-form, we classify the software into Microbe-Bionic Software, Plant-Bionic Software and Animal-Bionic Software according to the complexity of modules and the strength of interactive, research the produce, living and generation of each.In this research we focus on the Animal-Bionic Software, research the Software Gene and Software Embryo. First we make a analysis on the structure of the Animal-Bionic Software, study the form and characteristic of cells and organs, building the model of Animal-Bionic Software. On this basis, we advance the concept of Software Gene, record the information of software by the software chromosome, stored in the Software Embryos. Software Embryo, as the software core organ, along with the software development life, provid the mechanisms of assembly, repair, mating and mutation of bionic software. It is the reference of the behavioral of bionic software, and also can be changed by the bionic behavioral, whitch we called variation. The bionic brain, another important software organ of bionic software, is the center of message response of software. It is the commander of the behavior of the behavioral of biological software, and also can be changed by the experience and environment through the machine learning, showing the software intelligence.Using the Software Gene, the Software Embryo can dowmload Software Cell form the software cell bank matched by gene, and the install the corresponding bionic software. Based on Software Embryo, we study the composition of Software Chromosome and the chromosome fragments that corresponding Software Organ and Software Cell. Proposed two ways, whitch are the software suppliers way and cloud search way, to connect to software cell bank. Generally analyse the whole process of the growth of Animal-Bionic Software and some of the features of bionic brain. Finally, we take the GIS Online Monitor as an example, demonstrate the application of bionic brain and software amphimixis, bring the bionic software engineering to the development of real software.
