Attribute based encryption(ABE) makes the key management in PKI easier. Identity in identity based encryption(IBE) is changed with some attributes, and attribute can be more flexible when come to some problem or policy, it's why more researchers focus on it.A documents protect system using ABE is developed under certain needs. Data in the begin of document marks whether a document is a security document. In the end of document gives the authorize information. When a user try to open a file, he must have the right attributes comparing the authorize information.Role-based access control is prevailing nowadays, role is extended to attributes and isn't the only element in access structure. Every user in the system have some attributes include department, role or name, this attributes also collected and turned to a special structure when compared to document authorize information. Logical access structure developed based on certain needs.Key management is an important problem in security system. The key's function, key management including randomized document key naming KF, secondary document key KNF, attribute public key KA, attribute private key KAS. Setting a multi-level key structure.
