Intelligent transportation systems are one important way to solve the traffic demand and supply of modern social conflict. The core of the content is dynamic traffic information acquisition platform. Information from the subsystem of intelligent transportation system can be effective integrated, data integration and comprehensive treatment through the dynamic traffic information acquisition platform. Traffic information acquisition platform can share the information resources with high degree between the various subsystems for traffic control and management science decision-making, for the majority of traffic participants providing a comprehensive traffic information service.This paper achieve a series of work based on the depth study of key technology and methods, information platform design, road traffic information organization and management, information publishing. First of all, established the framework of TIA's system, and designed the system architecture, depth described the functions of each module and the traffic information stored in the database content. In the second, described and analyzed the system principle for independent of the traffic information acquisition system, computed traffic parameters, comparative analyzed advantages and disadvantages of data acquisition sensors in order to explain the selection principle of the traffic information acquisition. Then, research on information fusion technology in the TIAS's application and algorithm model, put forward innovative improved fusion algorithm based on fuzzy control theory, process the multi-device issue, data delay, data redundancy and errors qualified, to make traffic information acquisition system better. Finally, the result of the study was designed a traffic information acquisition platform based on multiple sources.
