The important method for preparing large-diameter and high-quality singlesilicon crystal is MCZ, crystal growth can be easily when there is magnetic field. Therefore, the study on the effects of magnetic field conditions on the liquid flowstate has theoretical significance and practical value. The changes of the state indifferent magnetic field were studied by choosing three normal conductive liquid -deionized water, silicon powder suspending liquid and sodium chloride solution asthe research objects. In order to providing the references of experiment and theoryto technology of magnetic field for draw, the visualized judge of magnetic fieldeffects was expected to be obtained.Firstly, the flow states of silica suspension were studied and the state of liquidflow in different magnetic field was described in the pictures. It is shown that thediffusion of liquid causing by the surface tension was inhibited by magnetic fieldand the vertical magnetic field had the strongest inhibition effect. It was exhibitedthat the time for liquid to reach steady state was significantly decreased with theincrease of magnetic field intensity. It is shown that the time for liquid to reachsteady state was nearly not affected by the magnetic fields, from which the state ofliquid flow was inhibited to a small extent in horizontal magnetic field could bededuced.Secondly, the change of liquid viscosity influenced by different horizontalmagnetic field was studied using deionized water and different concentrations ofsodium chloride solution as the research objects. The results showed that theviscosity of different liquid increased approximately parabolic law as the increaseof magnetic field strength. The liquid flow state was influenced the most bymagnetic field when the strength of magnetic field was 0.16T.Thirdly, the effects of different horizontal magnetic field on conductivity ofdeionized water and sodium chloride solution with different concentrations were studied. It is shown that the conductivity of different liquid increasedapproximately parabolic law as the increase of magnetic field strength. The liquidconductivity was influenced the most by magnetic field when the strength ofmagnetic field was 0.16T.
