With the advent of information age, the internet is widely used. As a result of this, the lap-tops,PDAs and smart phones as well as other multimedia terminal equipments are populized and applied extensively. Now the Internet is no longer confined to fixed space, but developes towards wireless, mobile, all-weather, none- restricted by region and personalized gradually with the advent of mobile terminal. Therefore, the wireless network technology has got more and more attention and deeply development. In order to enable the internet user to have access to network resources anytime and anywhere and achieve the required data communication, computer network must be alternated from the traditional wired to wireless, fixed to mobile, single business to multimedia business , thus WLAN technology has developed rapidly.WLAN technology has been applied in many fields. With the development of this technology, the majority of users have acknowledged its reliability, excellent performance and get ready to apply it in larger and more complex wireless networks. Wireless network has become an essential part of our daily life, especially in various agencies, unit, schools or large-scale enterprises. With the progress of the society and the development of science and technology, wireless network plays a very important role in various fields. This article will base on the actual cases, analyse the wireless network design and application on campus, reaserch and design the technology products of advanced 802.11 n ,then illustrate the various technical application principles. Meanwhile this article will raise new methods for the informatization construction of university from a new perspective, which means the full use of hardware resources from students and software resources offered by university. This system will ensure the better application of information technology on campus and assist teaching, at the same time greatly cut down the capital input of equipments and maintenance budget and the paying for the management staff.
