Knowledge is the essence of human experience and history. It is important for both individual and society. Knowledge not only facilitates individual development, but also speeds up improvement of science and economy. Nowadays, the information age, we should develop ability of extracting knowledge from plenty information and use it in an efficiency way.More and more information technology has been adopted by bank. Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) is an example of using information technology to improve customer experience. Cross selling is a concept and tool to fulfill customer needs and provide more product and service.The main work of this thesis is about how to using knowledge reasoning to find out more cross-selling opportunity. Base on detail requirements of bank system, we discussed how to present knowledge, how to design knowledge repository, how to perform knowledge reasoning and how to improve efficiency of knowledge reasoning. The cross-selling system is composed with Batch system and Online system, we designed knowledge repository and knowledge reasoning mechanism accordingly for each sub-system.Thesis focuses on system design and implementation. Highlight of thesis is using knowledge reasoning to facilitate cross selling and explain knowledge reasoning mechanism.
