| Police information Sharing is the key to improve the police departments'effectiveness and the way to improve the level of the basic work. The main aim of Tianjin police informationintegrated application platform is to implement the police information collection sharing, utilization ,and integration. the construction of this platform will play an important role in promoting of police information sharing,police activitie digitization,modern policing system etablishment.This paper first introduces the integrated application of tianjin police information platform overall design idea, according to the needs of the construction of public security information in tianjin anddesigns and builds the police main business data integration of tianjin and external social information Shared database, and on this basis, the establishment of a public security comprehensive database of tianjin, given the general structure of the comprehensive database and data extraction and operation maintenance program.Second detailed analysis of the comprehensive application, police police information portal, request service system construction requirements, including information comprehensive application support police association, information query, information search, statistical analysis, information than applications such as judge means; Portal system can provide for the application of the wealth of information and function of the channel and promote the use of information application and the application efficiency. Police can through the single point logs into custom application system, the integration of various kinds of application in portal released statistics, inquiry, information clippings function.Then, put forward the application integration overall scheme, an application integration goals, general structure and concrete integration plan, which application integration can be divided into data integration, application performance layer integration, application collaborative integration. System of data integration embodies in the database construction, application performance layer integration performance for the construction of the portal system, system integration process is based on the ministry of public security of the request of the planning service platform to realize application based on collaborative, and design details the deep discussion. Finally this paper describes the detailed information integrated application of tianjin police platform and PKI/PMI, data exchange platform, and other business system interface design.This platform has been installed in tianjin city public security bureau at November 2011. . the results show that the platform can promote the police security information Sharing and police departments working effectiveness. |
