The main assignments of ISL between navigation satellites are to provide accurate location information and data transmission, and ensuring positioning accuracy is to increase inter-satellite ranging precision. However, due to a lot of potential space environment disturbance, the ranging accuracy may be greatly impacted. In this dissertation, based on the inter-satellite link and planning, anti-jamming and suppression performance of the inter-satellite link system is analyzed as anti-jamming and suppression performance of the signal system. On the ground of theoretical analysis, the base-band disturbance suppression algorithm is programmed, and has been verified. The work accomplished in this dissertation is concluded as follows.1. The system characteristics of the link communication signals and types of space environment disturbance are analyzed. Through system modeling and simulation of single-frequency disturbance, the characteristics of single-frequency disturbance are especially analyzed. After analysis of several commonly used disturbance suppression techniques, features of the different suppression technologies and their application scopes are concluded.2. According to analysis results for probabilities of the link disturbance, the digital base band single-frequency disturbance suppression algorithm is proposed, which is special for the single-frequency disturbance. What's more, the impact of single-frequency disturbance on the base-band capture and tracking are discussed.3. According to characteristics of satellite link communication planning and Ka-band phased array antenna, the mutual disturbance of internal communication link and the ground single-frequency disturbance are analyzed as well as their probability. From the results, it is showed that the mutual disturbance of internal communication link does not affect the system. And if the intensity of the ground single-frequency disturbance reaches a certain level, it is of some probability that the system can be affected and it even causes satellites unable to normally work for a short time.4. Through the testing process with the whole system, the testing and verification of the base band disturbance suppression algorithm is completed, and the actual disturbance suppression performance is achieved. According to the results, the testing results are accordant to simulation results with the algorithm design.In this dissertation, the actual link interference is by interference suppression analysis of inter-satellite constellation of navigation links link. The base band interference suppression algorithms are programmed, and are validated with good result in the actual testing process, which has a certain practical value for engineering.
