Research On Group Signature Scheme In Anonymous Communication System

With the rapid development of Internet communication and the widely used of Internet based applications, problems of the privacy of personal information and security within network communication have been more and more apparent. Nowadays, we not only concern about the security of the information themselves but also care about the privacy and anonymous of personal information. Anonymous communication, just as it means, is a kind of technology which takes some special method to hide the relationship of communication within the transmission flow, making the adversary lost in a difficulty in estimating the sender or recipient relationship. It is widely used in regions of e-payments, anonymous e-voting and so on.Meanwhile, digital signature technology, is a kind of technology that exist in the data in form of digital, or used as an attachment to the original data or which have logical relationship with it. It is used to verify the signer identity, also it's used to demonstrate the signer's validation to the data, which keep the data's integrity. This is in accord with the goal of anonymous communication system. So we can introduce this technology into the research of anonymous communication system to improve the performance. Group signature, one of the newest proposed signature technology, refers to that any members in a group can represent the whole group to sign the data by means of anonymity, it is widely used in nowadays anonymous communication system.The paper is focusing on the limit of the anonymous communication system, together with the group signature technology, proposed some improvements. Firstly, the paper elaborated related concepts of anonymous and nowadays anonymous communication technology, introduced various kinds of anonymous system's recently study situation and development tendency, especially introduced the scheme of the second generation onion routing system.. According to the analysis of the limit of onion routing, proposed an node evaluation scheme to sort the nodes in the network to improve the system anonymity.The next, we proposed a onion routing scheme based on group signature, introduce its system setup and node register process, analysis its security performance in detail. What to introduce further more is that we also proposed a revocable group signature anonymous communication scheme and give out the analysis as well.
