Bluetooth is an important short-range wireless communication module, and Bluetooth software is a bridge between the user and Bluetooth chip, Bluetooth software's quality directly effects the user's experience, affect market share of the Bluetooth chip. In addition to development, the software testing is an important part to ensure the quality of the Bluetooth software,the automated testing for Bluetooth is the key to the test. This thesis analyzed the Manual test of Bluetooth and find many weak point of manual test. Proposed a GUI-based automated testing for Bluetooth. New program reads the Bluetooth configuration Testbed.xml and Testplan.xml and tests a variety of services, including BIP, FTP and A2DP.This thesis analyzes the Bluetooth software functions and protocol stack architecture. For diverse testing services, interface complexity, equipment, hardware platforms, such as regression testing workload characteristics, this detailed description of a GUI-based automated testing framework for the design and implementation.
