In recent years, companies' crises happened in our country one after another, and more companies' crises escalteed into social issues during the course of communication,such as Product issuesof KFC,colgate, Johnson & Johnson, P & G,SanZhu,JuNengGai,Wanjiale,GuanshengYuan,SanLu,ShengYuan,BaWang,ShuangHui.The resom why these crises catch public's eyes is that Every crisis sounded the alarm on human society,every crisis is a text to the human society's wisdom and moral ,and every stakeholder fight the right to speak in the crises.Someone said,public opinion caused by crisis may strikes the companies heavily.However,the society would move on after the crises.In China today,frequent companies' crises hurt chinese a lot,and there is a historic task before us:how should we do?There are two aspects which is new constracted to other paper.The first one is that author will study company,mass media,third parties and public together.The second one is that author will use the game theory in this research.Acording to Crises' life cycle (Three-stage including latency,outbreak and convalescence), author divide the stage of outbreak into four stages,which includes attack,high tide,transformation and continuation.At the same time,author divide the stakeholders into company, mass media, third parties and public.Based on communication theory,crisis management theory and game theory,author take the case of BaWang Shampoo for find ways to a good media ecology by qualitative Research and quantitative Research.There are three parts in this paper.The first part is "theory" ,including introduction and theory.The second part is "game of four stakeholders".In this part,author study four stakeholders' behavioral decisions and behavioral basis.The third part is "ways to a good media ecology".In author's opinion,consensus,rules and communication is the core,and game theory would widen our horizon.
