In recent years, wireless mobile terminals PDA (personal digital assistant) play an important role in mobile office owing to its characters of small cubage, light weight, powerful p function and so on while the proposed new video coding standard H.264 provides the video transmission over wireless channel many new techniques. Therefore, a video transmission system scheme over wireless LAN according to the video coding method, PDA as the mobile terminals and RTP/UDP/IP protocol as the transmission protocol. A system demonstrated platform was produced as well.In order to enhance robust transmission of system, I propose an adaptive choosing data partitioning mode based on packets-lost feedback. Experimental results show that it can obtain good video quality under the low brandwidth and high error wireless channel conditions.The test results show that the proposed system can support a real-time video transmission in wireless LAN environment with a display frame rate of 10 fps (CIF Format). The proposed system can support good quality transmission of the video information. The parameters with transmission are D1, 720*480, 30fps and 4Mbps.
