Emissivity is a parameter to describe the emission ability of the object also called emission rate, which has important application value in the reaction of thermal exchange and surface temperature feature of the objects. However surface emissivity is not the eigen feature of the material, it is not only related to the temperature, constituents of the material, but also to so many other factors such as the surface condition, and the measuring direction, so that the accurate measurement becomes a difficult problem while the state of the material surface is on changing. Therefore designing an on-line continuous measuring system also with high precision has an extremely vital significance.According to the actual requirement of the measuring system, various existing emissivity measuring methods are compared, and then the measuring principle of conversion blackbody method is determined, which is deeply analyzed and discussed in detail in the next. Then functional requirements and performance indicators of the electronic systems are introduced and according to which the software design process has been described in detail and also the protocol communicating between the electronic system and the computer is designed.In this thesis, the information processing parts also has been analyzed comprehensively. Especially the method and process while establishing the algorithm model are expounded in detail. Data through the processing of pretreatment, compensation algorithm, correction process and then obtain final measurement results. Compensation algorithm model is the emphasis and difficulty of the data processing which has used the method of theoretical derivation combining the experiments to obtain the model parameters, and finally summarize a set of intact mathematical model.Verification experiments confirm that the electronic system software is stable and reliable, and the data-processing model is feasible and effective which showing that the system can realize long time continuous measurement demand, and can enter practical stage.
