The Design & Implementation Of Integrated Information Platform For Guangzhou Zhongcheng Aopeng School Of Management

The IT application of Guangzhou Zhongcheng Aopeng School of Management greatly stimulated the development of the school during the past years. However, after being utilized for a period of time, due to lack of tracing, evaluation and updating of relevant information technology and lake of unified planning, unified standard and centralized management in resource sharing and information management, the application system is gradually backward without on-demand updating. The system could not fulfill the requirement of long-distance education and caused the problems such as system information exchange difficulties, serious isolated information resources, etc.In order to realize the general goal of constructing an Integrated Information Platform, the project team and relevant school staffs made extensive and profound analysis and researches: concluding demand and development goal from department job responsibilities, flow and current situations; analyzing current system function one by one; summarizing the current school IT status & working loopholes and relocating systems and resources. We finally built a unified platform with a unified ID authentication center and a safe, reliable, usable and administrable portal system, which can unified control and maintain the data information of the whole school. It realizes the unity centralization and sharing of school data in authentication level, information centralization & personalized service level and data level; integrally fulfills the information enquiry demand from different users; laying foundations for the constructions of other management and application systems of Integrated Information Platform and constructing a comprehensive data service system for school leaders, staffs and students.
