Synthetic aperture laser radar(SAL) with its excellent resolution has become the most important development direction in laser radar field. Directly detect synthetic aperture laser radar in the idea of synthetic aperture laser radar is under the background of rapid development but facing that optical heterodyne detection over long distances are difficult to implement development. The major objective of this paper is mainly to recreate algorithm several target simulation research, using the simulation results verify the application to directly detect synthetic aperture laser radar then induces the possibility that apply to a set of directly detect synthetic aperture laser radar practical algorithm.The current situation of synthetic aperture ladar and directly detect SAL, and the key technology of SAL are summarized. Then the arithmetic of SAL is summarized. Since it is difficult to achieve heterodyne detection, so it is important to develop the directly detect SAL.Then the arithmetic of SAL it analyzed, synchronously the arithmetic of CT imaging is analyzed, then the basic arithmetic of directly detect SAL is introduced, and then the implementation principle of directly detect synthetic aperture laser radar is analyzed.Then it studies the back-projection convolution arithmetic, which is developed from CT arithmetic. Through the change of this arithmetic, it can be applicable in the process of reconstructing the image of target by the directly detect SAL. At first, it analyzes the basic principle of the directly detect SAL in this paper, and then, talk about that how to achieve the directly detect in SAL, and then, it simulates the intensity image of the target, through which it approves the practicability of the directly detect SAL. Then, it simulates the point target, through which the precision of this arithmetic can be calculated. Then it simulates the range profile of the target. Then it explains the result of the fuzzy image by interpolation and improves it. Then it simulates the 3-D target, then it analyzes the distance measurement.It also studies two algebraic method for directly detect SAL and the realization of the methods. Through the algebraic methods to reconstruct the target, then it make a contrast of the algebraic iteration arithmetic and the arithmetic of convolution back-projection, analyze the relative merits of this two arithmetic, then talk about the applications of different occasions. And then it simulates this two algebraic iteration arithmetic and make a contrast.Through the analysis and simulation of the algorithm is verified the directly detect synthetic aperture laser radar, and the accuracy of the ladar and the difficulty to realize are all up to the mustard.
