With the advances of computer communication technology, microelectronics and sensor technology, wireless sensor network (Wireless Sensor Networks, WSN) have emerged. However, because of the energy of the sensor node, computing and communication capabilities are limited, how to make wireless sensor networks stable and efficient monitoring information collected and transmitted to the base station become a key issue.Research from home and abroad, many scholars have done a lot of work and achieved certain results in the area of wireless sensor network topology control. But there are still some issues to be resolved. Study found that, topology control algorithms which based on cluster has a high efficiency on balancing the energy of wireless sensor networks and improving the bandwidth. But after a period of running, it is difficult to balance the energy of all nodes. At the Same time, because sensor nodes are often deployed in harsh environmental conditions, nodes are more easily damaged, plus the energy of the node itself is limited, the stability of wireless sensor network topology subject to greater threats. This paper analyzes a variety of wireless sensor network topology control algorithm. For the disadvantages of clustering algorithms, ARWPSO-C level clustering topology optimization based on particle swarm was proposed. At the mean time, a cluster based on wireless sensor network deployment mobile node was proposed, too. This makes the network have a good self-healing capability.Main tasks are as follows:1) Studies were done to determine the number of "cluster", after considering the balance of the residual energy of node degree, the distance between the cluster head and the base station, the clustering algorithm which based on adaptive random inertia weight of PSO (ARWPSO-C) is proposed. The results of simulation experiment show that, ARWPSO-C algorithm can balance the energy load of network nodes better, and it can prolong the life of the wireless sensor network over the same period, these results tell us that the algorithm is effective in extending network lifetime.2) For the problem of the declining of wireless performance monitoring which caused by failure node, a mobile nodes deployment which based on wireless sensor network and heterogeneous was proposed. On the baseness of wireless sensor network has done the fixed nodes, Focus to consider the uneven distribution of fixed nodes, the idea of k-means clustering algorithm was introduced, plus the thinking of the importance the network topology of nodes in cutting positions, effectively determined the number of mobile nodes and the initial position. The experimental results show that the program can be used to deploy a small number of mobile nodes to effectively improve network stability.
