Air conditioning system is very important to textile enterprise, in order to meet requirements of textile production and improve working conditions, control of the temperature and humidity of workshop environment is absolutely necessary. At the same time, enhance air conditioning equipment automatic management level and reduce energy consumption is also very important.Shop environment control system is constructed and applied to textile enterprise in this subject. Sensors collect temperature and humidity information and send to S7-200 CPU226, PLC complete data processing, execute relative program, act executive mechanism, realize effective control of temperature and humidity of workshop environment. Accuracy of measurement and control is improved, energy consumption is reduced, adjustment period is shortened, workers'labor intensity is reduced at the same time in this control system.Firstly, the relevant background of the thesis is introduced, the current problems of the textile air conditioning control system are analyzed, determine the specific schemes to control the relative humidity and temperature of workshop. The basic principles and the main influencing factors of regulating temperature and relative humidity are described in detail in this thesis, the spray axial fan system to be adopted is researched, the specific implementation of scheme is given.Secondly, the thinking of apply multi-sensor information fusion technology in temperature and relative humidity control systems is presented in this thesis. Omission datas are excluded by the distribution display method, valid datas are fused by method of weighted summation. The control strategies used in this paper are fuzzy control and fuzzy adaptive PID control, the basic principles are analyzed, the algorithms are simulated and analyzed by MATLAB.Subsequently, equipment selection is completed in this thesis based on the actual control requirements and strategies of the textile workshop, hardware construction is based on high performance S7-200 CPU226 PLC, analog input and output expansion module, external input devices and output devices. The hardware connection and parameters settings are given. In software aspects, fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm implementation program, USS protocol communication program of converter and PLC are designed. In addition, main pictures in host computer touch screen are designed, thus a complete workshop environment control system is constituted.Real-time control of air conditioning equipment operation according to the changes of workshop temperature and humidity is realized in this system. This played a key role in textile enterprises to improve product quality and the working environment of workers.
