With continual development of computer network and distributed applications, remote messaging has become more and more indispendable part of applications. The emergency of commercial message middleware guarantees reliability,security and hign efficiency of message transfer. At the same time it shortens the cycle of development. Middleware, which stands between application software and system software, barters for simplification of enterprise applications with its complexity and is reusable basic solfware. By using basic service and function provided by system application, Middleware joins up parts of application or different applications in network to achieve the goal of sharing of resources and functions.By employing IBM's message middleware—WebSphere Message Broker and WebSphere MQ, in this application the function of subscription and publication is designed and implemented to provide JavaWeb platform for publishers and subscribers to register on. Besides a set of effective procedures of subscription and publication are designed, which involve publishing topic,deleting topic,subscribing topic,canceling subscription. In this application, technology of MQ cluster is used to implement load balancing and use of proxy clone which is used to avoid single point of failure enhances reliability of broadcasting messages.A platform used as management of procedure of subscription and publication is designed by using Java programming language and DB2 database. Besides that, by using ESQL programming language another message flow project is implemented to route and broadcast messages when publisher sends messages about some topic. Finally, we act as publisher and subscriber and then send and receive messsages by using MQI which is short for Message Queue Interface in Asynchronous communication way.
