| In industrial application, the difficulty to realize the precise seam tracing is use what kind of sensor more reliable, and how to get accurate weld ling information. Therefore, the research of find a high sensitivity,good dynamic quality,strong anti-jamming,simple structure that can meet the requirements of the seam tracking control system is the key point of this research. This paper studies the electricity eddy displacement sensor physical properties, introduce electricity eddy displacement sensor to study of seam tracking field . based on the advantages of the electricity eddy displacement sensor, according to arc welding automatic tracking problem, we apply swing eddy current transducer realized flat docking an i-shaped groove weld automatic tracking.Firstly,the weld automatic tracking technology research at home and abroad are briefly introduced, and introduced the present situation of the eddy current transducer development and application, then according to the principle and characteristic of eddy current transducer, analyzes the feasibility of its for seam tracking, and puts forward the swing eddy seam tracking sensors in research of weld automatic tracking field.Explained swing eddy seam tracking sensor technology theory,design principle and the simulation analysis, Check the performance of the eddy seam tracking sensors in welding experiments, the paper also studies the influencing factors of the swing eddy seam tracking sensors characteristic parameters.Optimization eddy seam tracking sensors linearity, and based on this designed the swing eddy seam tracking sensors tracing system which was suitable for docking an i-shaped groove seam tracking. Using index computation amplifier circuit correction the sensor linearity, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various curve fitting methods, then choose least-square method to fitting sensor's characteristic curve.Designed a CAM swinging mechanism to drive the sensor to collect the deviation information of weld line, then information is convert the information to digital signal and send into SCM to analysis.Using the weighted integral control of sensor signal analysis processing, in order to improve the response speed, reducing the regulating time choose threshold area adding rate control methods to drive the stepper motor to adjusting the cross car-riage for seam tracking, to keep the welding torch continues follow the weld line... |
