The Jtids System Anti-jamming Performance Studies

JTIDS(Joint Tactical Information Distribution System) is a coordinated system of communication,navigation and identification developed by US Military for the purpose of suitiong the combined operations. JTIDS use Time Division Multiple Access(TDMA) architecture, and it is a high capacity, high rate, jam-resistant, security tactical information distribution system.Many current platforms is equipped with JTIDS terminal, for example Early Warning system, battleplan, surface fleet. JTIDS system ensures real time and expedite of information in many battle, and it is very important to victory of joint operations. In the future, the battle is actually bout of elint and reconnaissance. Therefore it is indispensable of analysis and study of JTIDS system.Firstly, an entire concept of JTIDS is established by introducing system's framework, work's system, information'format and so on. Then it analysises pivotal anti-jamming technology of the JTIDS system detailedly, such as RS coding, interweaving, direct sequence spectrum (CCSK coding), frequency hopping and time hopping, and simulates a part of technology; finaly it progresses glancing analysis for resisting factitious interfere in JTIDS. Then it projects simulative model of JTIDS system, and it simulates the antijam capability of the message header and the message data respectively. Firstly, the performance of the JTIDS system of anti Gauss white noise jam is simulated; sencondly, it simulates the performance of the JTIDS system of anti single frequency and jam interfere. We can draw the conclusion by simulating that the anti-jamming measures of the JTIDS system taking are efficacious certainly, and the performance of its anti-jamming is very powerful; it is worthy of reference and study.
