In this paper, the typical machine furnace nonlinear object model to analyse, material and energy balance relationship, steady-state model, inverse steady-state model, and the simulation analysis its dynamic characteristics and nonlinear characteristics; Secondly,by nonlinear measure to analysis model of nonlinear variation degree, then an analysis model of non-linear characteristics, and points out that the model of nonlinear strength changes and their distribution, because the model in Astrom drum water level exist integrals , so calculate the nonlinear measure is difficulties, Against model between the nonlinearity of contrast,in order to better comparison between the nonlinearity of model, so using Gap metric. Firstly introduces the concept of Gap metric, and adopts Gap metric methods to calculate Gap metric of Astrom model, 500MW unit model and Panshan 660MW unit model, analyzes its nonlinear variation, nonlinear strength and distribution.On this basis, adopting clustering analysis ,analysis of load data unit operation, find the unit operation process often stay load area, combined with nonlinearity analysis, dividing the unit operation of interval, then determines the design controller operates; this paper gives the multivariable internal model controller of two kinds of structure:V-standard model multivariable internal model controller and P-standard model multivariable internal model controller. Because P-standard type controller design needs to matrix inverse, in order to avoid matrix inverse brings difficulties, the introduction of multivariable controller V standard type expression. This paper will multivariable internal model control method is applied to 500MW unit model, and the simulation analysis on its control effect. Finally, this paper introduces a method fuzzy supervision and control system based on weighted membership. Its advantages are model switching, transition quite gentle, inhibiting the controller in switching in the process of oscillation.
