In our big coal-fired power plants, along with the unit capacity increasing constantly, the function of DCS becomes more powerful and complex, in order to satisfy the technical strict requirement of working personnel, the DCS operating personnel of large units need DCS configuration training. Different plants use different DCS system, in order to let DCS operating personnel of different power plant accepte DCS configuration training, need to purchase different DCS hardware and software that will bring about expensive cost. If based on a set of DCS hardware, establish a variety of DCS control system configuration platform, which Can simulation multiple sets of DCS configuration environment, achieve many sets of DCS training's effect. This will greatly save money, improve the economic benefit. The key of to build multiple DCS control system configuration platform is to build a mapping database of control algorithm between the Different DCS system.This topic comprehensively analysis the Symphony system and the Ovation system control algorithm ,and has established the mapping database of the two types DCS system algorithms.To write automatic mapping procedure in C + + computer language , based on the mapping database of control algorithm between the Different DCS system the program can Successfully convert configuration diagram of Symphony system to configuration logical information of Ovation system which can be identified by Ovation controller. The configuration logical information of Ovation system can be download and run in the Ovation controller, then we can complete the simulation of configuration environment of the Symphony system. |
