At present, boiler turbine generator sets have become the main force of China's Power utilities, such units is highly competitive in the electricity market. Coordinated control system is the main control system of the once-through boiler generating unit. As the boiler load response of a larger delay, the turbine's inertia is much smaller, this is a manifestation of the importance of coordinated control system. A well-coordinated control system allows once-through boiler generating unit safe and stable operation, can improve the response speed of the load,also can be waste less resources and to create more value. The unit during operation are subject to various disturbances. Once a disturbance has changed the parameters of the controlled object or mode has changed, conventional controller can not find this change in a timely adjust its parameters. This quality control will fail to meet requirements,units can not even load to normal operation. Online identification of adaptive controller can change the parameters of the controlled object, then adjust the adaptive controller parameters to achieve good control performance. Based on Huanghua Power Plant 660MW units for the stable operation of the input and output data identify a set of practical boiler turbine generator set model. Designed a series feedforward compensation decoupling control. Depth study of the characteristics of coordinated control system, coordinated adaptive control algorithm for Boiler turbine generator control system, and carried on simulation verifications by Matlab/Simulink it also made a comparative analysis to traditional PID control scheme. The simulation results showed that this control system had good control characteristics, good stability and can improve dynamic characteristics of the system. Designed a set of adaptive and PID controller. Simulation results show that the controller has good control effect.
