| Under the promoting of the industrial control networking technology and the embedded technology, the intelligent digital meter, sensors, actuators and other intelligent devices are widely applicated in the industrial control. General configuration software has an improtant influence in the control system as a role in the development of industrial automation technology. By the intelligent front-end which is the basic unit of the control network, combined with the mature configuraion software technology, some field devices have the features of configuration software.By the simulation of the configuration software, the intelligent front-end has the function of download the configuration file, to shift some functions of control and montior to the filed devices.The research has far-reaching significance to the development of control network.In this paper, the applictions of intelligent front-end in different network control system were analyzed. The functions and characteristics of the general configuraion software were briefly described, and Composer was focused on to understand the meathod of configuration. Simulaiton software was designed in the embedded real time operating system Linux, using C progranme language. The software had done a work in three aspects. First, with the modular meathod, the simulation part had established the model structure array and initial condi-tions, and prepared some algorithms functions. Then the function code running part had achieved the configuration funciton, by the algotithm correspingding to the function code. Lastly, fouce on the Composetr software, the communica-tion part was designed to download the configuration data from Composer to the intlligent front-end. By analying the data, the intelligent front-end had the configuration function, and Composer could control and monitor the intelligent front-end. |
