For example my company is currently using overall ERP solution provided by ORACLE Company, and the mode of promotion from group company to provinces and cities. The large overall ERP solution can manage the company interior materials, but to county branch for this level some problems also exist. First, it is system access problem, due to the system design problem county grassroots employees can be difficult to obtain access to system. Second, it is hard to master correct use method for grassroots staff.Material management system is mainly used in communication enterprise county branch, is a lightweight material management software. Through demand analysis, the main functions of the system should be realized as follows:1. warehouse custom management; 2. goods custom management; 3. suppliers custom management; 4. warehousing function; 5. outbound function; 6. the realization of the function of goods repair; 7. the realization of the function of inventory goods inquires; 8. the realization of the function of GRN inquires; 9. the realization of the function of outbound order inquires; 10. the realization of the function of repair record inquires. System design is my company internal affairs process system, namely, a child module system, it will be conducted on the basis of process management, development after the completion of the written procedures and systems, users can operate this system after entering flow systems. Do this for two reasons:first, internal affairs process system has been officially running more than three years, through the continuous improvement, process system framework has been quite mature; the operation of the system also has been very stable. On this basis, development can save system framework structures, public coding time, and no longer consider the system hardware and software investment, it also can ignore system software and hardware maintenance, and many other problems. Second, the outbound function module of the system will use process management, because my company's 13 county branch outbound examinations and approval procedures are not the same, so several different outbound processes must be developed for different counties. With the flow of systems it can be quickly to conduct such engine development, this also is a reason for such design.According to demand analysis it can identify the function of the system, The function module mainly has:warehouse custom management, materials and supplier's custom management, basic warehousing function, and process associated outbound function, goods repair function; the inquiry module mainly has:warehouse warrant query, outbound order query, inventory goods query, repair records inquiry etc.This system uses nowadays popular Java language development, is based on mature technology of SSH (Struts+spring+hibernate) framework, adopt Oracle lOg database. Development tools are mainly:MyEclipse6.5,jdk1.5,tomcat6.0.29,Plsql developer. Released environment:Weblogic9.2.System development is focused on the needs of meeting the practical production and try our best to make simple to use, it can let the county branch employees make good use of this system to realize material management of each branch company. The difficulty of system development, there are two:1. There are many places in the system of material inventory data need to display the data, and choose one, because there are more good data in the system, so the difficulty is how to display goods inventory data in an efficient and accurate way, In system realization part it is described in details.2. The specific conditions of the good outbound process are combed and designed in each county branch, on the demand analysis section it is described in details.Now the system has entered the maintenance stages, o the operation of the system is good. So far the system has various stock goods more than 1,000 kinds,13 county branches has started using this system to manage warehouse data, total outbound 1987 times, storage 635 times. System can meet the practical production, new function is not added after development.
