Witll the growing number of network services The shortcoming that original IP network lacksQos(quality of service)warranty becomes increasingly critical How-to achieve QoS in IP networkhas becoming a key issue in the next generation network development The study of DiflServ is thedirection ofthe development of IP QoS Under the Difl~erv system,queue-scheduling is one ofthecore technology to achieve the network QoSFirst,the paper studied the common packet scheduling algorithms based on DiflServ,thesealgorithms are analyzed and compared On the foundation of the comparison among theperformance of the common scheduling algorithms,a deficit weighed Round Robin plus(DWRR+)algorithm was presented in this paper which based on Deficit Weighted Round-Robin(DWRR)according to performance index of the scheduling algorithms and the technology stmadard of theDiflgerv.The algorithm remedies the shortcoming of DWRR that can not meet the characteristics ofdelay under the premise of guaxmateeing minimum bmadwidths for different type of ServicesExtensive simulations were performed demonstrate the validity of DWRR+,which can ensure thequality of service of different business to some extentSecondly,current domestic IP QoS technologies are mainly concerned about how to improvethe quality of services of importmat stream,trying to ensure that these Stream of data packets in theentire path is given priority in the Best-Effort streaming service,Internet2 research project proposesa reverse thinking of QoS technologies that all flows divied into Scavenger Service(SS)flows andBest-Effort(BE)flows,and BE flows have the priority to forward On this basis,a inverseproportion adaptive queue-scheduling algorithm named IPAWRR is presented In thisalgorithm,the number of active Scavenger Service flows is calculated by a time sliding windowalgorithm,and the bandwidth allocated for BE flows and SS flows is accordingly tuned in a inverseproportional way Simulation results show that the algorithm provides more reliable bottombandwidth guarantee for SS flows when protecting BE flows wellFinally,by the way of soft route,vc-e built a network platform DWRR plus algorithm be loadedin each node ofthe linuv kernel,using traffic control(TC)module,vc-e successfully achieved the QoSrequirements of different services... |
