City In E-government Extranet Planning Studies

As the development of the electronic government during the past 30 years, it has formed a more mature architecture in China. The foundation of the e-government is one of the most important points in the architecture of the e-government. As the improvement of the e-government extranet since 2002, the construction of one city's e-government has been the hotpot in the construction of the e-government. Yet there are three problems in the city's e-government currently:first, high construction cost and long construction period; second, the complex networks architecture and all kinds of requirements; third, the conflict of IP address.This essay begins from the requirements of the construction in the city's e-government and gives a new constructing mode based on the MPSL VPN over GRE in the city's e-government. It combines the technology of the Internet and the MPLS VPN.It realizes the city's e-government by an economic, repaid way. It decreases the complexity of the physical networks by a logical network mode. It is able to transfer multi-services separately by MPLS VPN. It discusses the plans and the details of the realization. This essay has a research on e-government from the technology theory, requirements, architecture and the realization.(1) Have analyze and research on the MPLS VPN over GRE. Discuss the advantage of the MPLS VPN over GRE in e-government by comparing the three technology:IP VP,MPLS VPN,MPLS VPN over GRE. Have a research on the details of the realization of MPLS VPN over GRE.(2) Analyse the requirements in the construction of the city's e-government, focus on the requirements about the bandwidth, separation of services, and the security of networks.(3) Based on the technology and the requirements of the VPN, this essay discusses the architecture of the new mode of a city's e-government. It researches on the architecture of the networks, the plan of IP, the plan of VPN, the plan of route, the security of the networks, Quality of Service, the management the networks and the equipment of the networks. (4) Research on the effect of the new mode in the city's e-government based on the technology of MPLS VPN over GRE. Prove the feasibility of the economy and the technology in the e-government's new constructing mode which is based on the technology of MPLS VPN over GRE.
