Now days in our telecom industry, how to maintain the competition of the marketing channel is playing a more and more important role. Therefore, we should acquire the core competition of the marketing channel through extending, deepen, enforcing the ability of marketing channel. In such situation, there are three types of channel, self-control channel, social channel and electron channel owned by HEBMC. There is an import method to manage the social channel, which is to classify the difference from all of the channels which have cooperation relations with HEBMC. How to conform the resource of marketing channel, from careless management to fine managing, is the common problem that HEBMC is confronting with. How to upgrade the marketing ability of the channels is a big problem which the telecom is facing. What's more, it requests more when the social channels carry on its' marketing operation.The cost to manage the social channels is a heavy burden to the telephone operator. HEBMC should reduce the costs and give the limited resource to high valued channels and upgrade the efficiency of the resource usage. It need an impersonal evaluation to the social channel and should build a classifiable system to implement its otherness management, such as reward, policy, etc.Base on the Business and Analysis Support System of HEBMC, The article give the design method base on quality evaluation of marketing channel analysis system. It will bring up a new method to evaluate the quality of channels. This includes the health, loyalty and convenience. Combining with the data source and structure of HeBei Communications Corporation's Business and Analysis Support System, it give a reasonable way to build the quality evaluation of marketing channel analysis system.HEBMC has set up the quality evaluation of marketing channel analysis system as part of business and analysis support system, it will make up the shortage of social channel analysis system about quality evaluation, and will grow on the mine and analysis of the current data source. It will give a ration evaluation to the social channel. By building the sub system, it is also building a good way to direct the management department of channel marketing to improve the efficiency, the quality in a long term.
