| As information development of enterprises and companies, there is trend more and more new creative management softwares which are based on OA, HR, CRM, SCM, EPR etc. are being implemented by many enterprises. However, the combination of using various softwares parallel brings learners learning barriers and creates pressures and waste to information training department. This brings the fallowing drawbacks. Firstly, different systems are isolated from each other as well as data. Secondly, changes of username and password are very frequently. Thirdly, there is no centralized security control.
