Common Software Process Flat provides a common OS function encapsulation, equipment management, resource and database management, O&M function and most transport protocols of mobile communication technology. Each subsystem of Common Software Process Flat is individual and can be reduced freely, so the Common Software Process Flat can be applied to most mobile communication equipments.In this dissertation, Common Software Process Flat is introduced through the 3G TD-SCDMA Radio Network Controller (RNC) of DATANG Mobile Communications Equipment Co. Ltd., and Resource and DataBase management Subsystem is researched in depth.Mobile system needs high real-time performance and stability function,but common traditional database is not satisfying at real-time. Now Memory Resident Database fits real-time requirement very much and fits stability function by using disk files.A new method of DBMS (Data Base Management System) is proposed in this dissertation which has the real time and high efficiency capability. This DBMS also provide the function of allocating the logic resource of mobile communication system distributedly.The Memory Resident Database provides the following features:data definition (table, index,queue,et.), data operation method (insert,delete,modify,and search), data synchronization, which is pivotal for distributed DBMS; data access view. In this dissertation,two applications of Resources and DataBase management Subsystem are introduced, which are logic resource allocation and table design.The research results in the dissertation will be applied to the design and development of RNC in DATANG Mobile Co. Xi'an Branch.
