With the tension in today's world of energy and environmental awareness, more and more research institutions began to study how the low-concentration gas program turning waste into treasure. The focus of this paper is to research low concentration gas supply control system to power generation, which aimed at low concentration of gas in the course of transmission to maintain a constant concentration and pressure.It is the depth study of safe transport of low-concentration gas control program, which is mainly aimed at Guiyang two low-concentration gas generator sets. By first study of fuzzy control and PID control, and then combining the advantages of both fuzzy adaptive PID control selected as the system control program. For the gas concentration at the entrance to the range, the authors designed two sets of control programs, in order to improve the utilization of low-concentration gas and transportation security. The use of Simulink and Fuzzy toolbox in MATLAB on-line simulation of the system, the results show that the control effect is good, reached a low concentration of gas power supply control system performance index, and is an ideal of intelligent control programs. the paper introduces the system hardware design, Windows CE operating system kernel customization and migration and system software design flow chart and some of the initialization process in details. According to the low concentration gas supply control system functional requirements, The system is based on ARM920T core with peripheral chips as the hardware platform and the Windows CE operating system as the software platform, which is different from the general MCU-based system as a multi-tasking generation of low-concentration gas supply control system. When the system is running, it is detecting multiple objects successively and collecting dates at the same time. And then it adjusts devices in real-time in order to ensure the safe operation of the system. By the use of Windows CE operating system, the whole system has good real-time, multi-tasking capability and scalability, enhancing maintainability and changing of control procedures. Through the cable interface or a serial port it can also receive commands of PC. This system can also save amount of data and display the current state of controlled object information, which can be used as part of a comprehensive system for future reference.
