With the rapid development of the national economy, accelerate of industrial modernization step. The refrigeration system has been widely used in various industries, refrigeration compressor industry is rapidly developed.How to improve the efficiency of refrigeration equipment is a mainly concerned problem in refrigeration industry. All kinds of new refrigeration equipments on the market today have high energy efficiency, but most of these refrigeration equipments use electric rotating machine to drive the compressor. Due to the limits of its own structure, the rotating machine can not essentially solve the improvement of energy efficiency. The core of the refrigerator is compressors, the energy efficiency of compressor can be improved through the improvement of its own performance. This article analyses the basic principle of linear motors, as well as other wide ranges of application scope, proposed that linear motor to drive the compressor used in refrigeration equipment, and associates it with the design of a compressor for integration. With linear motor start fast, responsive advantage, not only did it save energy, but also achieves the control precision effect.Based on the linear motor is applied for refrigeration equipment, and combination of digital signal processing DSP technology and active disturbances rejection controller technique to design linear motor drive control device, to meet the application requirements of Refrigeration equipment, using its digital feature to control linear motor.Firstly, this paper outlines the development of refrigerator, and illuminates the advantage of linear motor, as well as its superior performance which is demonstrated in the refrigeration system. Second, it analyzes the control of linear motor controller which is based on the existing Single-Chip computer, and expounds its disadvantage from hardware design and software algorithms. Subsequently, it improves the traditional PID controller, introduces the ADRC algorithm and designs ADRC controller which is applied in the system, carries out software design and simulation. Finally, the paper integrates DSP digital processor with ADRC technology, uses its digital feature to control the linear motor. By simulating and analyzing the algorithm, the system has high advantages, overcomes the shortcomings of analog devices, saves energy and improves efficiency, and achieves the high-precision control effect.
