The ball mill pulverizing system is an important topic on the automatic control of power plant.It is a highly complicated multivariable control system and difficult to establish precise mathematics model.It has some characters such as nonlinear,severe coupling and large delay. It is far from satisfying the request of the ball mill control system for conventional PID controller and advanced linearity control strategys based on the exact mathematics model.We design auto-disturbance-rejection controller(ADRC) which is not based on the exact mathematics model when the dynamic characteristic of the ball mill pulverizing system has been analyzed.We compare control effect of ADRC with reversed-frame normalizing (RFN) method and H-infinite method which based on linear matrix inequalities (LMI). The simulation result indicates that the control scheme designed has overcomed multivariable disturbance and time lag very well. The ball mill pulverizing control system has strong robustness,good anti-disturbances ability and satisfying control quality.
