The Design And Implementation Of Advertising Machine Terminal Based On Embedded Linux

With the development of social and economic, the advertisement becomes an important measure for the enterprise and public institution to self-promotion. The emergence of embedded advertising machine marks the advertisement has become more diversity and pertinent compared to popularity. The advertising machine which should meet some customers' needs has become more and more important.A new terminal of advertising machine has been designed according to the existing market's advertising machine terminal. The pattern of display can be defined by users and a few kinds of upgraded method can be used to the terminal. There were three major modules in this paper. The main work included the analysis and design to the hardware, software and application software.The NIC controller and SD controller of the hardware platform of S3C6410 has been analyzed and designed in the paper. The software of system platform which includes the transplantation of bootloader, kernel pruning, the establishment of file system, analysis and design of associated driver system was configured.The main work in the paper is to implement the application interface according to the fundamental principle of framebuffer. XML technology was applied to the design of advertising machine terminal in the system. Meanwhile, a method which integrates xml and database into the design of the advertising machine was put forward. Two kinds of modes to upgrade the software resources of advertising machine were designed. The terminal display module, the design of socket's network application, and the transplantation of mplayer were successfully implemented in the paper.Through earlier stage's market research, technology analysis, the on-line Advertising terminal which chose S3C6410 as processor has been achieved. The terminal has been successfully applied to the entire on-line advertising machines.
