Research Of Users Information Behavior Based On UTAUT

Along with the computer technology and Internet technology rapid development, the diversification development trend of information behaviour caused lots of scholars'more and more attention. For information behavior research, either domestic or foreign scholars, has not only focus on the concept of information per se in the research object, but also pay more attention on specific behavior information behavioral research, such as college students os, and the use of digital library. In the research method, they also have not only use the single document research, but also by investigation, analysis, empirical research which based on the model, making whole study process is more perfect and persuasive. As far as the information behavior adopt model, it's development come through nine moment, such as Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Motivational Model (MM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Combined TAM and TPB (C-TAM-TPB), Model of PC Utilization (MPCU), Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT), Social Cognitive Theory (SCT), and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). By scholar research and development of information behavior, user information behavior adopt model has more ripe.The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) was based on eight important models——Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Motivational Model (MM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Combined TAM and TPB (C-TAM-TPB), Model of PC Utilization (MPCU), Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) and Social Cognitive Theory (SCT), by Viswanath Venkatesh, Michael G Morris and Gordon B Davis, which is the rationale for this paper. Along with the computer technology and Internet technology rapid development, the network video conference system is emerged as the times require. It is a kind of multimedia system by taking the computer as medium, the network as the transmission method, in order to realize the people at the same time to attend the meeting in different areas.Through the research of the network video conferencing system reception, to make the user information behavior research theory more perfect, to make up for the deficiency of the present research, make a better understanding of the user information behavior influencing factors. Through mastery of variables influence situation, we can get a more targeted to network video conferencing system development direction, gives the constructive comment for meeting user diversified demand, and then providing the reference value for user information behavior research.This paper is taken network video conferencing system as the main research object, the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the rationale, combining with actual situation and the feature of research target, and introducing a correction model.Part 1 combining research background video conferencing system network is put forward as an example of information behavior, expounds the problem, purpose, significance and contents of research expatiates, and show research approach, method and innovations.Part 2 by reviewing the literature of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Information behavior, and network video conferencing system, it is noticed that the UTAUT current research situation has pressured by mature, information behavior research were in the booming development period, while network video conferencing system of research was still in the current research status and rare on the research of the weak links are summarized.Part 3 according to the reasearch needs, adopt empirical method as the reassearch method, and according to the actual situation of study object, get the model of Ml which is based on original UTAUT1, and puts forward with the relevant five research hypotheses.Part 4 in M1, take use of Excel as data arrangement of tools, collected 301 valid questionnaires were finishing. Take use of SPSS 17.0as the analysis tool for sample the basic status analysis and in building the reliability and validity of the inspection. After the reliability and validity, using Amos 17.0 build M1 model, and fitting the model with the data. For not very ideal situation, there is a model correction to get M2 model. By fitting the model M2 with the data, we can get a satisfactory result. Finally, according to the fitting situation, give a description for the result.Part 5 at the end of the paper, in data and the model fitting, offered proposal for its future development direction based on the actual situation of network video conferencing system.This paper adopts the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the basic theory, and applied in the network video conferencing system this relatively new things, adopt empirical analysis method, the data were statistically analyzed and get the influence factors of the model for network video conference system, provides the reliable data support.
