Material Procurement System Software Design And Implementation

With the top speed development of the global economy ,each purchase of large state-owned enterprise are increasingly getting to be the fact for survival,development,competition to the enterprise .traditional purchase had many disadvantage.A period in the internet life ,using advantages of internet information,executing the internet purchase system,getting a scientific,reasonable plan ,all those can reduce supply costing and occuping capital ,which can ensure that we can purchase proper goods and materials,service with proper price from some providers ,in the proper period , in proper quality respect .large promotion of purchase efficiency have a better use value.This issue have designed purchase system which used "java "exploiting ,basing on B\S client-side architecture. During actually realization process , foreground uses excellent "ajax" to enhance program execution efficiency and practice for clients ,for insurance ,'ext,jquery, dwr 'etc .background uses the"SSH" frame,through the powerful frame to realise layering frames for "mvc",for example ,'struts,hibernate,spring etc .When the company exploits purchase systems ,this issue gets some modularization idea for developing,according to client's request ,which can divide system function to many functional module ,which also creatively put "jbpm"workflow into each modules , Taking advantage of some procedures ,according to a kind of scheduled rule ,this system can send text,information,or some other operations. automatically .and for some limits of power design, it puts "rbac" idea in .This project lucubrates the key technology ,in terms of development system client-side and server-side ,which includes : controlling the affairs,examing and approving the workflow automatically,first,second level caching data and executive code,importing and exporting lot size excel data,generating data sheet and field automatically,not to set up sheet manually,guaranting the terminability and security when we import some information with foreground,background checking at the same time ,all of those are realised by way of key technology .This issue drawd use cast diagram and sequence diagram for the system in the thesis,and realised some functional modules by coding ,such as: purchase management,order management,supplier maintenance management,limits power management,material maintenance,basic information maintenance for purchase ,etc.When we finished the exploiting ,we tested system performance and function separately ,all the tests passed, it accords with standard for up line .
