Recent years, with the rapid development of electric power communication network, the previous route management has become increasingly difficult to meet the needs of the power communication network resource management to fit the multi-vendor network environment with a complex of network topology. Faced with these new challenges, address the physical structure of electric power communication network and the distribution of current business needs, routing should be distributed and selected reasonably, and the transmission path which meet their service requirements is to be selected for the accessed business. At the same time, it's supposed to be ensured that network resources synthetically used and the business processes managed effectively.In this paper, firstly, for the problem of the routing management in electric power communication network resource management system, and combined with the characteristics of electric power communication network, based on the classical path problem in graph theory, employing a multi-weight routing algorithm which prior consider the principle of the least jump wire operations. The method can search the appropriate route to accord with the multi-weight conditions according to the actual needs of customers (at least jump wire operation, the shortest path, load balancing, etc.). Then the simulation of this algorithm fully validates the effectiveness of the selected best route optimization. By using this algorithm in electric power communication network resource management system, the facts show that it is more suitable to the electric power communication network environment than the previous routing algorithm to meet the electric power communication network routing search request.Secondly, deal with the management model of the circuit resource and the process of routing creation for the electric power communication network, a channel route management module has been achieved to complete a unified management of various circuit resources (transmission circuit, business circuit, etc.), in the mean time, introduced the above routing algorithm into it to create the best route based on actual demand. What's more, it also provides a way of fiction method for the process management subsystem.Last but not least, according to the management of business processes of the electric power communication network, builds a workflow model. Then based on fully familiar with the established routing process management subsystem and the workflow technology of .NET 3.5 workflow software in the serious study as well, the routing process management subsystem is set up, which is able to complete the routing process operations such as apply, acceptance, fiction crate, exchange sign, audit approach for approval, manner, receipt, single query, output functions and so on. It's the windows provided by the communications department, for other departments who use the channel or circuit to cooperate mutually.
